The project consists of 45 solar-powered lighting poles, worth nearly 70 million VND, installed on a route of more than 2km, from landmark 55/7 to the center of Quang Truc commune. This is a steep, winding route, causing many difficulties for travel.
The completion of the project not only creates favorable conditions for officers and soldiers of Dak Dang Border Post in patrolling and protecting the border but also helps people move more safely. The project contributes to ensuring security and order, improving the spiritual life of people in the border area, strengthening solidarity and joining hands to firmly protect territorial sovereignty and national border security.
The “March Border Month” program is a practical activity to materialize the “I love my Fatherland” movement, organized annually by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union from March 1 to 31. The program is implemented in border communes across the country, with special attention to difficult border areas.
