35 lots won the auction with a rate exceeding the starting price by more than 22%

This morning, March 16, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center coordinated with the Central Joint Stock Auction Company to organize an auction of land use rights (LUR) for 36 plots of land in Dong Ha City.

This QSD auction has 36 land lots managed by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center. Of which, 13 lots are located on the East side of Thanh Co Street, Ward 3, Dong Ha City, the remaining 23 lots are located in area K12, Nam Dong Ha Urban Area Phase 3. Of these, 17 lots have starting prices from 1-2 billion VND, 5 lots have prices from 2-3.5 billion VND and the remaining 14 have starting prices in the segment below 1 billion VND.

According to the Organizing Committee, this auction attracted many individuals and investors to participate. There were 502 applications participating in the auction for the 36 land lots mentioned above.

As a result, 36 lots were successfully auctioned with a total amount of nearly 52.2 billion VND, exceeding the starting price by 9.4 billion VND. The rate of exceeding the starting price was more than 22%.

Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center Phan Dang Hai said: “This land use rights auction attracted a lot of people interested in registering to participate. The number of land lots winning the auction reached a high rate, including some lots exceeding 70% - 80% of the starting price. This is a positive signal showing that the real estate market in the province is starting to warm up.”

The auction took place safely, orderly, publicly and transparently according to the law.
