The three highland kindergartens in Tra Bong district that received the water filtration system are Son Tra Kindergarten No. 1, Son Tra Kindergarten No. 2 and Tra Thuy Kindergarten. The three schools have a total of 615 students and 58 staff members, but are all located far from the district and commune centers.

In recent years, students and teachers at these kindergartens have used water from drilled wells and wells of people living near the school, but this has not been guaranteed to be clean. Therefore, the Quang Ngai Provincial Children's Fund and other organizations have sponsored pure water filters for 3 schools, worth a total of 250 million VND, with a capacity of 125 liters/hour.

The water filtration system sponsored for the above schools meets 24 physical and chemical criteria and 5 microbiological criteria according to the Ministry of Health's direct drinking water standards, helping to reduce the risk of water-borne diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery, typhoid, E. Coli infection...

Since 2017, VinaCapital Foundation's clean water program has installed and delivered 109 water filtration systems, supporting more than 30,000 people, with the greatest beneficiaries being teachers and students in disadvantaged and mountainous areas of many provinces and cities across the country.
