3 companies owe the most social insurance in Ho Chi Minh City, some are 71 months late

Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance has just announced a list of 15,077 units that are 3 months or more late in paying social insurance for employees (data calculated as of January 31, updated payment authorization as of February 20).

Among these 15,000 units, many have been slow to pay social insurance for their employees for many years, with the amount of late payment amounting to billions of VND. In particular, there are enterprises that have been slow to pay social insurance for thousands of employees, amounting to tens of billions of VND.

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3) has only been late in paying for 10 months, but the late payment amount has reached more than 38.4 billion VND, topping the list of units late in paying social insurance.

Next is Saigon Post and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company, a large enterprise in the postal industry in Ho Chi Minh City for a long time. This company has not paid social insurance for its employees until the 71st month with an amount of more than 37.3 billion VND.

Ranked 3rd in terms of late payment of social insurance is the Apax English Joint Stock Company branch (Ward 12, District 3). This unit is late in paying nearly 31.3 billion VND with a period of unpaid social insurance for employees of 48 months. That is not to mention another branch of Apax English Joint Stock Company located in Ward 6, District 3 also owes nearly 1.4 billion VND with a period of unpaid social insurance for 43 months.

Next is Thieu Nhi Moi Trading and Service Joint Stock Company (located in Co Giang Ward, District 1) with the amount of late social insurance payment up to nearly 30.2 billion VND in 45 months. Another enterprise in this system is TINI Joint Stock Company (located at the same address as the above company) also delayed social insurance payment for employees until the 5th month with the amount of nearly 4.8 billion VND.

In the garment industry, Gain Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Binh Tri Dong A Ward, Binh Tan District is late in paying until the 54th month with a total amount of nearly 11 billion VND; Quang Thai Garment Production Co., Ltd. in Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan District is late in paying until the 45th month with a total amount of nearly 12.4 billion VND; Thai Tuan Group Joint Stock Company in Dong Hung Thuan Ward, District 12 is late in paying until the 9th month with a total amount of more than 12 billion VND...

A fairly large enterprise in the agricultural sector, Vinh Thuy Company Limited (located in Ward 3, District 3), was also late in paying social insurance for its employees until the 53rd month with an amount of more than 10.3 billion VND.

In the pharmaceutical industry, Pha No Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company in Ward 12, Phu Nhuan District is 38 months late in paying its taxes, with a total of nearly VND13.2 billion; Duy Tan Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company in Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District is 51 months late in paying its taxes, with a total of more than VND11.5 billion...

In the engineering - mechanical sector, Anh Viet Mechanical and Aluminum Glass Joint Stock Company (located in An Phu Dong Ward, District 12) was late in paying until the 29th month with an amount of nearly 11.8 billion VND; Hoa Hiep Technical Company Limited (located in Ward 2, Tan Binh District) was late in paying until the 95th month with an amount of more than 11.6 billion VND.

Some other companies, although only facing difficulties in recent years, have seen their late social insurance payments increase rapidly, exceeding 10 billion VND in just a few months.

PROPERTY X Joint Stock Company in Ward 7, District 3 is only 14 months late in paying, but the amount is up to nearly 19.5 billion VND.

Hung Thinh Corporation in Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3 has been late in paying its taxes for the 13th month and the amount has reached nearly 17 billion VND.

Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company (located in Vo Thi Sau ward, district 3) is 13 months late in paying its taxes and the amount is nearly 15.6 billion VND.

Hung Thinh LAND Joint Stock Company (same address) has only been late in paying until the 11th month, but the amount is up to nearly 20.8 billion VND.
