2 districts on the outskirts of Hanoi are about to auction nearly 80 plots of land, starting from 3.8 million/m2

Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced the auction of 40 residential land lots belonging to the Technical Infrastructure project of the auctioned land area in Van Diem commune, Thuong Tin district (Hanoi).

The plots of land have an area of ​​128-265 m2/plot with a starting price of 3.8 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is about 99-205 million VND/plot. The auction will be held on October 21, expected at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Thuong Tin district.

National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 has just announced the auction of 39 land lots in areas LK3, LK4 and LK5, part of the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction for land use rights in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district (Hanoi).

These plots of land range in size from 73m2 to 114m2 with a starting price of VND4.7 million/m2. The deposit for the plots ranges from VND72.8 million to VND107.5 million/plot.

The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on October 25 at the Quoc Oai District Culture, Information and Sports Center. The auction will be conducted by direct voting through multiple rounds, with an ascending bid method.

Recently, many districts in Hanoi have continuously announced the suspension of land auctions. Specifically, the People's Committee of Thanh Oai District (Hanoi) recently decided to suspend 2 auctions for a total of 131 land lots in the areas of Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune.

The auction organizer has notified customers who have purchased registration documents to participate in the auction that they will be refunded the purchase price of the documents and need to provide a bank account number to receive the deposit refund, if any.

Of which, 58 plots of land are in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man areas (belonging to ONT-07 and ONT-08), Van Quan village, Do Dong commune. The plots of land have areas ranging from 76.55m2 to 189.73m2, with starting prices of 5.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to nearly 406 million VND to more than 1 billion VND/plot.

Customers participating in the auction must pay in advance about 81-201 million VND. The previous auction was scheduled to take place on the morning of October 5.

In addition, 73 other plots of land in the same area, ranging in area from 87.52m2 to 174.84m2, with starting prices of VND5.3 million/m2. The deposit for each plot ranges from VND93 million to VND185 million. This auction is scheduled to be held on October 19.

At the end of September, the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district announced the temporary suspension of 2 auctions with 52 land plots. The reason is that the district is reviewing the auction work according to current regulations (Land Law 2024).

Customers who have registered to participate and paid a deposit and purchased auction documents will receive a refund. The auction will be reorganized after the decision and proposal of the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district.

Of these, 26 plots of land are located in Dong Say - Tram Sau area (phase 2), Phung town, Dan Phuong district (Hanoi). The plots of land range in area from 55m2 to 99m2, with starting prices from 14 million VND/m2. Deposits range from nearly 193 million to over 278 million VND/plot. According to the original plan, the auction will take place on the morning of September 30.

In addition, there are 26 plots of land in Trung Vo area, Tan Hoi commune, Dan Phuong district. The plots of land have an area of ​​75m2 to 102.2m2, all with a starting price of 13.1 million VND/m2. The deposit to participate in the auction ranges from 196 million to nearly 268 million VND/plot.
