2,500 athletes participate in the "Cat Ba Sunset Colors" Marathon

"Cat Ba Sunset Colors" has 3 competition distances: 5km, 10km and 21km with many prizes awarded, the total prize money of the tournament is up to 500 million VND.

Not only wanting to bring great feelings to athletes with many experiential activities, the Organizing Committee also donated 100,000 VND/each Bib number sold to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cat Hai district, contributing to overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3.

At the same time, for each kilometer the athlete runs, LPBank - the accompanying unit will support 10,000 VND.

Leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports of Hai Phong City informed about the international marathon "Cat Ba Sunset Colors".

With beautiful coastal routes, romantic sunsets and a vibrant atmosphere, the race promises to give athletes unforgettable experiences.

The organizers hope that this will be an opportunity for the runners community to show their spirit of protecting the value of Cat Ba archipelago - a world natural heritage recognized by UNESCO. At the same time, each runner will be an ambassador, promoting the image of Cat Ba to domestic and international friends.

VTV has carried out the procedures to apply for a license to organize the tournament, arranged and set up the broadcasting time on VTV's channel; invited the Vietnam Athletics Federation to participate in organizing the tournament, and provided advice on expertise and technical aspects of the running route...

The Department of Culture and Sports of Hai Phong will promote the race and the beautiful image of Cat Ba and Hai Phong City on mass media; coordinate and support the Organizing Committee in carrying out immigration procedures and registration for foreign athletes who are staying in Hai Phong.
