120 athletes participate in the cycling race around Ta Cu mountain

On May 20, Ham Thuan Nam District People's Committee coordinated with Viet Uc Group Investment, Trade and Service Joint Stock Company to organize the 14th Ta Cu Mountain Cycling Race in Ham Thuan Nam District.

Binh Thuan: 120 athletes participate in the cycling race around Ta Cu mountain - 1 — Award ceremony for medal winning athletes.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Ms. Mai Thi Ngoc Anh, Vice Chairman of Ham Thuan Nam District (Binh Thuan), head of the organizing committee, said that the 14th Ta Cu Mountain Cycling Race in Ham Thuan Nam District is a race to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Ham Thuan Nam District (June 1, 1983 - June 1, 2023).

At the same time, the race aims to respond to the National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" of Ham Thuan Nam district. Through the tournament, the organizers hope that the images of athletes competing through lush green dragon fruit gardens and beautiful coastal roads will contribute to promoting the image and beautiful natural landscape of the district, promoting tourism in Ham Thuan Nam in particular and Binh Thuan province in general to tourists from all over the country and international friends.

The 14th Ta Cu Mountain Cycling Race in Ham Thuan Nam District in 2023 has 23 participating teams and units with 120 athletes.

In particular, this tournament has the participation of delegations from districts and towns in the province such as Duc Linh, Ham Thuan Bac, Lagi and cycling clubs in Binh Thuan province.

The goal of conquering the 41km route is for athletes and cycling enthusiasts inside and outside the district to meet, exchange, learn, share experiences, compete and experience the roads, the changes in the new rural and civilized urban appearance of Ham Thuan Nam homeland after 40 years of formation and development.

The prize structure includes First, Second, Third open and within the district. In addition, the race also awards the oldest athlete. The winning individuals and teams will be awarded valuable prizes by the Organizing Committee.
