100 best places to work in Vietnam 2023

In addition to Nestlé Vietnam and Abbott, the top 5 large-scale workplaces rated 'best in Vietnam' have new factors: Acecook, Coca-Cola, FPT.

On the evening of November 23 in Ho Chi Minh City, Anphabe Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Intage Market Research Company announced the list of the best workplaces in Vietnam in 2023. This is the 10th year this unit has announced this list.

Leading the list of large enterprises is Nestlé Vietnam, which is assessed by the survey team as a sustainable and continuously innovative enterprise. They are committed to creating a working culture that focuses on shared values and everyone's happiness.

The next four businesses in the top 5 are Abbott Laboratories GmbH, Acecook, Coca-Cola, FPT.

This year, businesses entered the top 100 list for the first time including: BIM Group, CJ Foods Vietnam, Jollibee Vietnam, Imexpharm Pharmaceuticals, VietinBank Insurance...

In addition to the large enterprise group , this year for the first time Anphabe announced the top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam for medium-sized enterprises.

The leading position in the medium-sized enterprise sector belongs to PepsiCo Foods Vietnam Company Limited. This company is assessed by the research team as a dynamic and creative working environment, encouraging career and personal development through many training programs, engagement and good benefits.

Next, Anphabe also announced the leading names in each industry for the best workplace. In particular, the logistics and transportation services industry is ITL Group; culinary tourism is Starbucks Vietnam; financial services is TP Bank.

The Vietnam Best Workplaces 2023 survey was conducted by Anphabe from April to September this year, measuring the employer brand attractiveness of 752 businesses in the market with the assessment of 63,878 experienced workers in 18 industry groups.

This year, Anphabe expanded its survey to 9,638 students and 340 businesses nationwide, showing that attractive employers are Nestlé Vietnam, PepsiCo Vietnam Foods Company Limited; Acecook Vietnam; Bosch Vietnam, Techcombank, Honda Vietnam...

Vietnam Best Places to Work is an annual workplace ranking organized by Anphabe, under the auspices of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The evaluation model and method are verified by market research company Intage Vietnam.

Anphabe is a company providing recruitment solutions, representing the Vietnamese market development for Workplace from Meta and LinkedIn. The trademark "Best Workplace in Vietnam" was registered by Anphabe with the Department of Intellectual Property since 2018.
