10 major task groups to implement administrative unit mergers according to the 2-level local model

BTO-The Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee has just issued Plan No. 317-KH/TU on continuing to reorganize the apparatus of the provincial political system according to Official Dispatch No. 43 of the Central Steering Committee on summarizing Resolution 18.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee has set out 10 major groups of tasks to be implemented so that the merger of administrative units according to the 2-level local model ensures the goal of streamlining, efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency associated with the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
