Kinhtedothi - Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 26/KH-UBND on January 24 to organize the Hanoi Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2025-2030.
The Hanoi Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2025-2030 is chaired by the Hanoi Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. The theme of the congress is "Solidarity, innovation, creativity, emulation to build a civilized, modern, happy capital".
The Hanoi Patriotic Emulation Congress for the 2025-2030 period aims to evaluate the results of patriotic emulation movements and reward work for the 2020-2025 period; set out directions and tasks to promote emulation movements and improve the effectiveness of reward work for the 2025-2030 period.
The Congress commended achievements in patriotic emulation movements and honored collectives and individuals as Heroes, National Emulation Fighters, typical advanced examples, typical good people - good deeds and Outstanding Capital Citizens in 2025.
About 1,100 delegates are expected to attend the congress. It will be held on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (from October 1 to 10, 2025), at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace (No. 91, Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi).
Before, during and after the congress, the city will have many activities: Promoting propaganda about the achievements in socio-economic development, security and national defense of the capital in conjunction with the results of the patriotic emulation movement of agencies, localities, units and the city in the period of 2020-2025; launching emulation movements to excellently complete regular and extraordinary tasks to successfully carry out the political tasks of agencies, localities and units, contributing to the excellent completion of socio-economic and security and national defense targets of the capital in 2025, welcoming the Party congresses at all levels and major holidays and anniversaries in 2025; organizing the installation of signs on works and cultural, artistic and sports activities to welcome the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the city, the Party congresses at all levels and major holidays in 2025; organizing discussion and exchange programs with typical advanced examples; Compile and print books on typical advanced examples for the 2020-2025 period and the minutes of the City Patriotic Emulation Congress...
The Hanoi Department of Home Affairs is the main unit responsible for advising on the implementation of the plan to organize the City's Patriotic Emulation Congress; advising the City People's Committee to establish the Organizing Committee of the City's Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2025-2030, subcommittees to serve the congress and is the standing agency to assist the Congress Organizing Committee.
The Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda Department orients and directs the propaganda work of patriotic emulation movements and typical advanced models before, during and after the congress; directs the work of: Editing and publishing books about typical advanced models; exhibitions introducing the capital's socio-economic, security and defense achievements in the 2020-2025 period, congress proceedings...
