The program aims to support people with disabilities and Agent Orange victims to access good quality health care services. At the same time, the program helps diagnose and provide initial treatment for diseases related to motor disabilities as well as sequelae caused by the effects of Agent Orange.

Doctors from the MOA team conduct clinical examinations, measure blood pressure and other health indicators. Depending on their medical condition, patients are given vitamins or undergo specialized tests and X-rays at the hospital, with all costs covered by MOA. Those in difficult circumstances will receive treatment support and rehabilitation equipment such as wheelchairs, prosthetic limbs, or orthopedic devices.
