In 2024, the Journey carried out a total of 29 activities, including 3 city-level activities. Thereby, it provided free medical examinations and gave away more than 14 social security gift bags to people with a total value of more than 7,5 billion VND.

At the Journey, more than 120 doctors and nurses who are members of the Hanoi Young Physicians Association examined and screened people in a number of areas such as general internal medicine, gastroenterology, cardiology, musculoskeletal, dermatology, ear-nose-throat, eyes, pediatrics, nutrition, etc.
Within the framework of the Journey, a voluntary blood donation program took place, expected to collect about 250-300 units of blood, contributing to the chain of blood donation activities to save lives of the capital's youth.

It is known that the above series of activities is called "Voluntary blood donation journey - For the lives of patients, for the progress of youth". After 10 months since the beginning of 2024, 180 programs have been implemented in Hanoi, collecting more than 84 thousand units of blood, with a mobilization rate from young people of more than 70%.
