Yen Tu Commune (Yen Mo) has many historical and cultural relics ranked at the provincial level such as: Quang Tu Temple, Non Khe communal house, Phuc Lai village temple... In which, Non Khe village's Bao Ban festival, although a village festival, annually attracts a large number of people and tourists from all over the country to attend the festival, a unique cultural activity preserved and promoted by local people.

Comrade Bui Van Toan, Vice Chairman of Yen Tu Commune People's Committee said: In recent years, the work of managing, preserving and promoting the value of historical and cultural relics has been paid attention to by local Party committees and authorities. Historical and cultural relics in the commune are managed, restored and embellished in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage and current legal regulations . Thereby, ensuring practical service to the spiritual and cultural life of the people, contributing significantly to preserving and promoting the values of historical and cultural relics in the commune.

Along with the State investment, the commune also promotes the socialization of the restoration and embellishment of relics. In addition to the State budget, the Relics Management Board also mobilizes social resources from the children of the homeland.

In addition, the organization of festivals at the annual relics takes place in accordance with prescribed rituals, in accordance with local customs and practices, creating an exciting atmosphere among the people and visitors from all walks of life who come to worship and visit the festival.

Paying attention to the management and preservation of historical and cultural relics in the commune not only meets the religious needs of the people but also becomes a place for people and tourists to visit and worship. Thereby actively promoting the socio -economic development of the locality.
