Y Nhi introduces Central Highlands culture to Miss World

At the event to kick off her journey to compete in Miss World 2025, Miss Ý Nhi presented a self-introduction video that she sent to the Miss World organization. The video was conceived and produced by Ý Nhi in Ho Chi Minh City. The team worked hard to perfect both the image and content, portraying Ý Nhi as a young, dynamic girl who is constantly improving herself, confident enough to represent Vietnam in international competitions.

Throughout her introduction, Y Nhi conveyed her love for her homeland, her pride in the nation’s history, and her respect for the Vietnamese people through each frame. The beauty queen also presented a video looking back at the journey of the charity project “Heart To Head”.

The film recreates Ý Nhi's trips across the country, going directly to each school in remote areas to donate bookcases and repair and renovate facilities, bringing positive changes to children in difficult circumstances.

After many months of implementation, Ý Nhi and “Heart To Head” traveled through 12 provinces and cities, donating a total of 20 bookcases. Each bookcase has an average of more than 300 books, including comics, fairy tales, life lessons, history books as well as books on life skills. The project also includes repairing and renovating some dilapidated schools.

“During the trips, every time I see the joy of the students, I feel happy and have more motivation to continue pursuing the project. This journey is still very long. I hope to receive everyone's support to be able to bring books to more schools” - Y Nhi expressed.

Also at the event, Y Nhi performed “Dance of the Great Forest” - a dance for the Dance of the World competition at the Miss World contest. The beauty’s choreography, which included somersaults, attracted attention, even though she only learned it for 2 days.

Participating in the Dance of the World competition, Y Nhi wore a costume created by the design duo Quach Tam Tri and Tran Hoang Nam. The costume was completed within 2 months, using many techniques of embellishment, frame construction... to recreate the beauty of the Central Highlands and honor the gong culture. The design depicts the image of a free and brave woman, with delicate brocade panels reminiscent of the national cultural identity.

Miss World 2025 is scheduled to take place from May 7-31, spanning multiple locations in Telangana, India. Vietnam's representative - Y Nhi will be in India on May 7 to compete with contestants from around the world .
