"Moonlight and the Ferryman" left a deep impression on the audience.
The art program "Moonlight and the Ferryman" is jointly organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ho Chi Minh City and the Ho Chi Minh City Command, performed by the Light Music Center and the Political Department, Military School of the Ho Chi Minh City Command (Artistic direction by Meritorious Artist Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, director by Dr. Pham Ngoc Hien).
The organizers shared that the program "Moonlight and the Ferryman" is especially meaningful as it not only honors teachers who diligently impart knowledge to generations of students; shows gratitude and the tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education to teachers across the country in general and teachers of the Military School of Ho Chi Minh City Command in particular; and at the same time contributes to preserving and nurturing the love of traditional revolutionary music of the city's people.
According to the organizers, the art and exchange night aims to introduce and promote traditional revolutionary music to the people of the city as well as people across the country.
In particular, through the music theme, the public, especially the young generation, will better understand the heroic revolutionary tradition of the nation; contributing to the propaganda and education of political ideology and patriotic tradition.
The performances are well-paced and emotional.
A short performance but enough to leave in the hearts of music lovers unforgettable emotions about the teacher-student relationship, about the love songs of the homeland. With that meaning, "Moonlight and the Silent Ferryman" received the participation of a large audience watching the program.
