Mr. Ngoc Kim (living in District 4) is listening to a consultant about a Thailand tour for the April 30 holiday at the booth of Saigontourist Travel Service Company. He said that he usually buys package tours from travel agencies when traveling. This year, on the April 30 holiday, his whole family invited him to travel abroad, so he came to the festival to find out.

"I asked about the tour program at some travel companies, the Thailand tour on April 30th costs from 12-14 million VND/person, higher than usual but reasonable because it is a holiday. If you buy at the festival, you will get more discounts" - Mr. Kim said.

At the Viet Travel Company booth, customers were bustling with inquiries about domestic and international tours, not only for the April 30 holiday and summer, but also for tours departing next week. Ms. Nhat Mai (living in District 5) said she was interested in going on a tour to the Northwest next week, so she took the opportunity to come and find out.

"I have wanted to go to the Northwest for a long time, now that I have found a satisfactory tour, I will buy it immediately. The tour price is about 9.4 million VND/person for a 5-day itinerary. If you buy at the festival, the price is reduced to 9.1 million VND/person" - Ms. Mai shared while listening to the consultant.

Many tours with "huge" discounts only applied at the festival attract customers' attention.

According to records, booths of many other travel companies such as Vietravel, Vietluxtour, Golden Smile Travel, BenThanh Tourist, Vietnam Airlines… also attracted a large number of visitors to learn about tourism products and services. Both domestic and international tours received many questions, of which international tours received more questions.
