Several parties and organizations in Israel are calling international attention to the accusation that Hamas sexually assaulted a female victim on October 7. However, Hamas denies the information and considers this accusation to be baseless.
In another development, on the same day, Israel approved a plan proposed by the Zionist Party (also known as Takuma) worth 18 billion Shekels (equivalent to nearly 4.86 billion USD) to rebuild the Gaza Strip and Sderot communities.
This is part of a five-year plan implemented by the local government, which includes many items such as education, construction, business and agricultural development. However, so far, relevant ministries have not been able to allocate funds for this plan.
The Israeli Finance Ministry said that within the next 30 days it will arrange the budget for this plan at all costs.
