After 15 days of searching for victims missing in the flash flood on the morning of September 10th, officers and soldiers of the 316th Division (Military Region 2) and border guards left Lang Nu village. Tears flowed from the villagers during their farewell... The remaining missing victims will be handled by the local authorities.

Speaking at the farewell ceremony, Comrade Hoang Quoc Bao, Secretary of Bao Yen District, thanked the military forces for overcoming difficulties and supporting the locality in searching for missing victims in the past period. The officers and soldiers of the armed forces worked with the highest spirit and responsibility, further enhancing the image of the Ho Chi Minh Army in peacetime – an army that comes from the people and serves the people, which is why the soldiers were present in Lang Nu.
