Publishing the General Secretary's book on the National Assembly

The General Secretary's book is titled " The National Assembly in the process of innovation to meet the requirements of building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam".

In order to systematize the guiding viewpoints and orientations of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on the task of building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in general and innovating the organization and operation of the National Assembly of Vietnam in particular, the Party Delegation of the National Assembly in coordination with the National Political Publishing House Truth published the book: "The National Assembly in the process of innovation to meet the requirements of building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam". The book selects 95 articles, speeches and interviews of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam and the National Assembly of Vietnam; selects more than 100 valuable documentary photos and 57 typical opinions of former leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly deputies, people and international friends. The articles and speeches in the book demonstrate the consistent thinking and comprehensive leadership of the General Secretary on the issue of organizational innovation, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the National Assembly's operations and building and perfecting the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam in the current period. The book's content consists of three parts: Part One: Building and perfecting the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam, including 15 articles, speeches, and interviews by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on the issues: Socialism and the path to socialism; building and perfecting the Socialist Rule of Law State and institutions in the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam. Part Two: Innovation in the organization and operation of the National Assembly, including 80 articles, speeches, interviews, letters... by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on innovating the methods of operation and working regime to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities of the National Assembly of Vietnam. Part three: The trust, support, consensus and affection of cadres, people and international friends towards General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, selecting 57 opinions of former leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly deputies, cadres and people in the country as well as international friends expressing their affection, trust and consensus towards General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong - a National Assembly deputy who is always concerned and responsible for the activities of the National Assembly and the issues that voters care about, always wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the People. According to the Truth National Political Publishing House, the book helps cadres, party members and people, especially National Assembly deputies and voters, to grasp, thoroughly grasp and organize the extensive and effective implementation of the building and perfecting of the socialist rule-of-law state, while contributing to building our National Assembly increasingly strong, worthy of being the highest representative body of the people, the highest state power body of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
