This company was fined VND200 million for providing misleading information to customers about the AIOT FP-J80EV-H air purifier product to attract customers of other businesses, violating the provisions of Point a, Clause 5, Article 45 of the Competition Law.

Similarly, in Decision No. 342/QD-CT on administrative sanctions for violations in the field of competition, Aqua Vietnam Electrical Appliances Company Limited, with business registration number 3600257517; head office address at No. 8, Street 17A, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province; website: https://www.aquavietnam.com.vn also with the amount of VND 200 million for the act of providing misleading information to customers about the Side by Side refrigerator AQR-S682XA and Inverter air conditioner AQA-KCRV10WNZA to attract customers of other businesses, violating the provisions of Point a, Clause 5, Article 45 of the Law on Competition.

Aqua Vietnam Electrical Appliances Company Limited must also publicly correct information that causes confusion for customers related to the Side by Side Refrigerator AQR-S682XA and Inverter Air Conditioner AQA-KCRV10WNZA products on the website https://aquavietnam.com.vn.

For the act of providing misleading information to customers about the Airdog X8 air purifier product to attract customers of other businesses in violation of the provisions of Point a, Clause 5, Article 45 of the Competition Law, Cao Dai Tin Trading Company Limited was also fined 200 million VND according to Decision No. 340/QD-CT.
