The reason is that at this address, there was an illegal cosmetic operation that caused accidents to customers in 2024 (at that time, this address was the headquarters of Chu Aesthetics Company Limited) and was previously fined by the Department Inspectorate for acts such as: Providing medical examination and treatment services without a medical examination and treatment license, advertising medical examination and treatment services without a medical examination and treatment license, and medical examination and treatment without a practice certificate. Currently, Chu Aesthetics Company Limited has dissolved, gone bankrupt, and ceased to exist.
“Changwon International Clinic” was found to have many violations in medical examination and treatment practice.
At the time of this inspection, the facility had 2 customers (Ms. TTBP after rhinoplasty surgery and Ms. LTD performing skin care). The inspection team noted that there was an advertising sign at the facility with the content "Changwon HQ Hospital" and the website "thammychangwon.vn", Facebook page "ChangWon International Aesthetic Institute - Chohee Group Korea" had not been confirmed by the authorities for advertising content according to regulations.
In addition, the inspection team noted that this clinic still had many violations related to updating medical examination and treatment books, incomplete medical records according to regulations, and failure to publicly post medical examination and treatment service prices... The Department of Health Inspectorate continues to verify and clarify the collection of high-priced services, will strictly handle according to regulations and publicly announce on the Department of Health's electronic information portal.
