The Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee has agreed to submit to the Secretariat for comments on the Project to build a pilot mechanism and policy for the development of Van Don Economic Zone.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee agreed to report and propose the Standing Committee of the Secretariat to add it to the Politburo 's work program; propose the Politburo to allow Quang Ninh province to preside over and coordinate with a number of central ministries and branches to develop and complete the "Project to build pilot mechanisms and policies for the development of Van Don Economic Zone, Quang Ninh province" to report to competent authorities according to regulations.
