According to regulations, candidates registering for additional admission must have participated in the preliminary selection and received a notification from a military school that they meet the preliminary selection requirements; have not been admitted or have not confirmed their admission to any school; and have met the health standards according to the regulations of the school applying for admission.
In addition, candidates who have taken the 2024 high school graduation exam, have a total admission score and additional criteria (if any) equal to or higher than the first round admission conditions of the recruiting school.
The total additional enrollment target is 135; of which, the number of additional enrollment targets for the military university training group is 62. The score for receiving applications for this group is from 21.7 - 28.55.
Candidates register for additional admission according to the admission group specified in Point b, Clause 3, Article 27 of Circular No. 31; recruit additional candidates who meet the preliminary admission requirements of schools in Group 1, including the following Academies: Logistics, Navy, Border Guard, Air Defense - Air Force (Command and Staff system) and officer schools: Army 1, Army 2, Politics, Special Forces, Artillery, Armored, Chemical, Information, Engineering.
For the group of training in basic military colleges and universities, the enrollment target is 73, the score for receiving applications is from 10.75 - 18 points.
Candidates must meet the preliminary requirements for admission to basic military college and university training at Army Officer School 1 and Army Officer School 2 according to the enrollment region.
The Military Admissions Board - Ministry of National Defense notes: the above scores for receiving additional admission applications are based on a 30-point scale; there are no failing scores and include priority scores.
Time to receive additional admission applications directly at the school or by post is from October 21 to 27. On October 31, schools will consider admission and report proposed admission scores to the Military Admissions Board - Ministry of National Defense (via the School Department).
