Consider changing the purpose of using 5,800 m2 of rice land to supplement the area for building Hai Duong Trade Center

According to Resolution No. 38/NQ-HĐND issued by the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council on July 13, 2023, regarding the approval of land acquisition and permission to change the land use purpose of rice cultivation land and protective forest land for the implementation of additional projects and works in 2023, the Hai Duong Commercial Center project has a total area of ​​35,646 m2. The Provincial People's Council allowed the change of land use purpose for 25,162 m2 of rice cultivation land. This area is still short by 5,800 m2 of rice cultivation land compared to the total land area for the project (30,962 m2).

The Hai Duong Commercial Center project is located in the area east of Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard (within Thach Khoi ward and Lien Hong commune). The total land area for the project is 37,246 m2. The project investor is Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Services Joint Stock Company.
