On August 21, Next Media Solutions Joint Stock Company and VMG Media Joint Stock Company announced that they have acquired exclusive rights to broadcast the German National Football Championship (Bundesliga) on all platforms in Vietnam for 5 seasons. In addition, matches taking place within the framework of the German National Cup in the period 2023-2026 will be jointly distributed and broadcast in Vietnam by these two units.

In addition to cooperation in media and television, Next Media and VMG Media expect to promote cooperation in training young players between Vietnamese and German football. Accordingly, excellent young Vietnamese players will have the opportunity to train and compete in Germany in the future.

In recent times, Next Media has been successful in cooperating to develop football, demonstrated in friendly matches between the Vietnam national team and Borussia Dortmund; the charity match "True Love" or the tour of the Vietnam U17 team with German youth teams.

It is known that Bundesliga matches in the next 5 seasons and the German National Cup in the period of 2023-2026 will be broadcast live on VTVcab. The Bundesliga season 2023-2024 has just started round 1 and Stuttgart is temporarily leading the rankings after a 5-0 win over Bochum. Championship candidates Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg all won 3 points on the opening day.
