This morning (June 6th), approximately 96,000 students taking the entrance exam for 10th grade in public schools completed the Literature exam.

The Literature exam consists of three parts: Reading Comprehension, Social Commentary, and Literary Commentary. The overarching theme of the exam is "Letting thoughts be put into words...".
On the afternoon of June 6th, students continued to take the Foreign Language exam, with a time limit of 90 minutes. On June 7th, candidates took the Mathematics exam and the specialized subject exam (for candidates applying to specialized classes).
The city has set up 158 examination centers, including 147 regular centers and 11 specialized centers. More than 12,300 officials and teachers, and 2,300 staff, security guards, and police officers have been mobilized to supervise the exams and perform other duties.
Students take exams in three subjects: Mathematics, Literature, and Foreign Language. The time allotted for the Mathematics and Literature exams is 120 minutes, while the Foreign Language exam is 90 minutes. The admission score for grade 10 is usually calculated as follows: Mathematics score + Literature score + Foreign Language score + bonus points (if any).
