Mr. NTN (residing in Cu Chi district) said he was the one who filmed the clip and posted it on social media because he was upset about the above traffic violation.

According to Mr. N., the incident happened around 10am on October 26. He was driving to work and saw the tanker driver's actions were very reckless, disregarding the law and the lives of other road users, so he filmed a clip and posted it on social media.

"The tanker truck is delivering fresh concrete to a nearby construction site," said Mr. T.

A representative of the Northwest Traffic Police Station, Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police, said that this unit has received the feedback information and is verifying it for handling.
