What's special about the Kim Long X9 minibus that just launched in Hue?

On the morning of October 19, at the Kim Long Motor Hue Automobile Production and Assembly Complex (Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone, Phu Loc District, Thua Thien - Hue Province), Kim Long Motor Hue Joint Stock Company organized a program to launch the Kim Long X9, a minibus brand.

Kim Long X9 minibus is launched with many versions, of which the standard version (16 seats) is suitable for the needs of passenger transfer, picking up and dropping off students and staff, transporting passengers on short fixed routes, and tourism services.

Limousine version (10 seats, 12 seats) is equipped with high-class interior, entertainment facilities and mini van to meet diverse customer needs.

Kim Long X9 minibus is designed in a minimalist, compact style, helping the vehicle operate flexibly on all narrow roads in urban areas or city centers.

Kim Long X9 engine meets Euro 5 emission standards. 5-speed manual transmission, mechanical helps the vehicle operate stably.

The first Kim Long X9 minibuses were delivered to partners at the program.

According to the signed contract until December 2024, Kim Long Motor will provide 500 minibuses to strategic partners FUTA Bus Lines Company and Ha Son Transport Company. At the ceremony, the first 100 Kim Long X9 minibuses were handed over.

Mr. Ly Quoc Viet, Permanent Deputy General Director of Kim Long Motor, said that the Kim Long Motor Hue automobile manufacturing and assembly complex is oriented to develop into a leading regional center for automobile and spare parts manufacturing with the goal of achieving a localization rate of more than 90% before the second quarter of 2026.

According to Mr. Viet, the launch event of the Kim Long X9 minibus once again affirms the strong commitment of this enterprise in becoming a market leader, both in quality and output of diesel vehicles, EV Bus electric vehicles and EV trucks (heavy, medium, light) with the goal of exporting to international markets as the focus.
