Phuong Trang Passenger Car wins 2 consecutive projects for North-South expressway rest stops

Two investment projects to build and operate rest stops on the North-South Expressway in the East have just found investors for the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao and Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet sections.

Today (June 27), the Director of the Vietnam Expressway Administration signed decisions approving the results of selecting investors for the Km144+560 rest stop construction and operation project of the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet component project and the Km90+900 rest stop construction and operation project of the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao component project on the North - South expressway, Eastern section.

Accordingly, the FUTABUSLINES - THANH HIEP PHAT Joint Venture (Joint Venture of Phuong Trang FUTABUSLINES Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company - Thanh Hiep Phat Company Limited) won the bid for the Investment Project to build and operate the Km144+560 rest stop of the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Component Project on the North - South Expressway, Eastern section.

The value in cash paid to the state budget for this project is 140 billion VND; the preliminary value of the project implementation cost is 313.441 billion VND; the value of compensation, support and resettlement is 33.997 billion VND.

Overall project progress is 15 months, of which the time to complete public service works is 12 months; the project exploitation time after completing the investment work is 25 years.

The FUTABUSLINES - THANH HIEP PHAT joint venture also won the bid for the investment project to build and operate the Km90+900 rest stop of the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao component project on the North - South expressway, East.

The value in cash paid to the state budget for this project is 140 billion VND; the preliminary value of the project implementation cost is 299,812 billion VND; the value of compensation, support and resettlement is 14,454 billion VND.

The overall progress of this Project is also 15 months, of which the completion time for public service works is 12 months; the project exploitation time after completing the investment work is 25 years.

Thus, as of June 27, 4 investment projects to build rest stops on the North-South Expressway in the East have found investors on the following routes: Mai Son - National Highway 45; Dau Giay - Phan Thiet; Phan Thiet - Vinh Hao and Cam Lam - Vinh Hao.
