On July 26, at Tam Chuc Tourist Area, the contest "Creative ideas: Building cultural tourism products and communication in tourism" opened.

The contest is part of a series of activities of the Project "Cultural and Tourism Talent Incubator 2023" organized by Tam Chuc Service and Tourism Company Limited.

The competition has 5 teams, including 30 contestants who are members selected from more than 600 students from 57 universities and colleges specializing in tourism and culture nationwide participating in the Project.

After 2 months of implementing discussion sessions and practical trips, 30 candidates were equipped with a system of in-depth knowledge about culture, religion, tourism, especially innovative thinking, creativity in communication and building effective products.

The judges asked questions to the teams.

At the competition, the teams will go through 3 rounds, including: Incubator Impression, Project Presentation, If I Were CEO. In the first round, the teams will demonstrate their activities through a 4-minute short video, with supporting narration recording images from the first day to the last day of the Project's activities.

In the second round, each team will present a Project, shown through slides, animations, and videos with the purpose of highlighting the content of the project in a maximum of 5 minutes. Then, the Jury (experts, scientists working and teaching in the field of culture and tourism at universities, cultural and religious conservation centers, and tourism service businesses) will ask questions to the teams to discuss the project.

After two rounds, the Organizing Committee will select the 3 teams with the highest scores to continue to participate in the third round "If I were CEO". In this round, the teams must quickly and accurately solve problems related to business administration or cultural management through situations set by the judges.
