Specifically, the company organized the construction of Victoria Primary and Kindergarten at Lot A1, Urban Area No. 7B Sentosa City, Dien Ngoc Ward, Dien Ban Town, not in accordance with the content of Construction Permit No. 59/GPXD-SXD issued by the Department of Construction of Quang Nam on August 23, 2019.

This act violates the provisions of Point c, Clause 6, Article 16 of Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP of the Government on administrative sanctions for violations in the construction sector.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the company to strictly comply with the penalty decision and pay the fine on time at the State Treasury of Region XII. If the deadline is exceeded and the company does not voluntarily comply, it will be forced to comply according to the law.

This penalty demonstrates the determination of the provincial government in strengthening management and tightening discipline in construction investment activities, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, contributing to sustainable and civilized urban development.
