On the morning of September 27, the Student Union of Ha Tinh University held the 7th Congress of Delegates for the 2023-2025 term with the participation of 201 official delegates representing nearly 2,000 students of the whole school. |

In the past term, the Vietnam Student Association of Ha Tinh University has well organized propaganda work, organized for members and students to register to participate, strive to achieve the title of "5 Good Students" at the beginning of the school year; guided members to build a plan to strive, participate in training activities to achieve the standards of the "5 Good Students" standard set.

In the 2023-2025 term, the Student Association of Ha Tinh University has determined the slogan of action: "Students of Ha Tinh University - confident, creative, building aspirations, proudly moving forward", with a number of specific targets such as: 100% of members are able to participate in studying and thoroughly grasping the basic resolutions of the Youth Union - Student Association, the Party's policies, the State's laws and the school's tasks.
