It is expected that there will be an entertainment area with a total area of over 11,000m2, with a capital investment of over 300 billion VND, built on Xuan Dieu Street (Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh) to develop the night-time economy.
On July 1, information from the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province said that the leaders of this province had basically agreed in principle to approve the idea of planning an entertainment service project in the Xuan Dieu area (Quy Nhon City) as proposed by the People's Committee of Quy Nhon City and the Department of Construction. This is a project to develop the night-time economy in Quy Nhon.

Accordingly, the entertainment service project in Xuan Dieu street area is called Galina Quy Nhon Beach Park, the investment scale includes 2 parts. The above-ground part has an area of about 4,600m2, investing in building and upgrading the green park area combined with entertainment types, luxury shop shopping area, beer club and night light show.
The underground part will invest in building a complex of entertainment facilities. Of which, the first floor has an area of about 4,500m2 including a pub club model and a multi-purpose club, restaurant, cinema, spa massage...; the mezzanine basement has an area of about 2,000m2 including a spa massage area and pub club model, the basement depth is about 6.5m. Thus, the total area of the whole area is about 11,100m2.
Daily operating hours are from 6am to 2am the following day (except for conditional business types, operating hours are according to regulations for that industry). Investment cost is about 300 billion VND.

Regarding the above project, Binh Dinh province also has some notes: For the project's surface area, no solid constructions will be built, low construction density; only a few kiosks will be arranged using modern, suitable materials. Ensure the current function of use as a public park for shared use, no fences, no fees... affecting people's ability to travel and access the sea.
In addition, do not organize crowded restaurant business. Plan and arrange harmoniously parking lots and public toilets in the overall area of the square and Quy Nhon walking street.
Mr. Nguyen Phuong Nam, Vice Chairman of Quy Nhon City, shared: "The entertainment area project will be built along Xuan Dieu Street, facing the sea. This is a project that contributes to promoting the development of the night economy in Quy Nhon."
