Nhat Tam Cooperative's seafood products are certified for safe food supply chain.
Regarding the management of quality and food safety of agricultural, forestry and fishery products, in the first quarter of 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Can Tho City issued 51 certificates of establishments meeting food safety conditions. Thereby, the total number of establishments under management is 544 (490 establishments have met the requirements; 16 establishments are temporarily suspended; 38 establishments have HACCP, ISO, BRC, FSSC certifications). In addition, the residue monitoring program, monitoring the quality of agricultural materials, food safety of agricultural, forestry and fishery products collected 75 samples (61 samples of commercial pangasius, 14 samples of small pangasius). The sample analysis results showed that 45 samples met the requirements, 30 samples did not have test results.
