The emergency coastal erosion control embankment in Ha Loc village is invested by the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Agricultural and Rural Development Works with a capital of 75 billion VND, to be implemented in 2024.
The project's objective is to invest in building a seawall to prevent coastal erosion in Ha Loc village, ensure the safety of property and lives of people in the project area; contribute to the regeneration of the beach, and develop the socio-economy of the project area.
The scale of construction investment includes a coastal protection embankment about 0.52km long in Ha Loc village; the embankment roof structure is made of precast concrete components, the embankment foot is protected by prestressed piles, the top of the embankment is made of reinforced concrete wave-breaking wall combined with concrete traffic road; the top of the embankment is built with management and operation road and wave-breaking wall to ensure anti-wave overflow at the design frequency; the management road has a concrete structure with a 5m wide road surface...
