Vietcombank Ninh Binh is also a pioneer bank in new reforms in service business in the area. At the same time, it is the first bank branch in the area to streamline customer needs when coming to transact by taking a number.

With forms and methods suitable to the characteristics of the actual situation at the Branch, the Party Cell has seriously and fully grasped the Party's resolutions, concretized action plans and programs, promptly issued resolutions and conclusions on leading political tasks and Party building work. The Party Cell has strengthened regular inspection and supervision, thematic supervision, focusing on inspecting and supervising the implementation of resolutions of congresses at all levels, working regulations, leadership and direction of the implementation of assigned duties and responsibilities; effectively combining Party building work with the implementation of anti-corruption and anti-negativity work, public reception work, and handling of complaints and denunciations.
