According to the People's Committee of Ha Long City, Cuong Lam Tourism Trading Company Limited (Cuong Lam Company) sent a document to the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province requesting to organize a MICE tourism program (tourism combined with conferences and awards) for Chinese tourists to Quang Ninh.

Specifically, Cuong Lam Company organized for more than 5,000 tourists from China to visit Vietnam; these tourists will be divided into many groups, each group has about 1,000 - 1,200 tourists.
