On February 10, Ben Nghe Ward Police, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with Children's Hospital 2 to verify the case of a woman holding her child and crying in front of the hospital gate.

That same morning, social media shared a clip of a woman holding her child and crying. She said she had saved 9.5 million VND and on February 10th took her child to Children's Hospital 2 for a check-up.

According to the woman, when she was standing in front of the hospital gate, two people staged a scene and stole all the money mentioned above. Because her phone was stuffed in a diaper bag, it was not lost. Because she had no money left, the mother and daughter asked for help from the online community.

Ben Nghe Ward Police and Children's Hospital 2 are extracting security cameras and checking medical records to clarify.
