On February 10, social media users shared a clip recording two traffic police officers working with a man who was accused of violating traffic laws.
According to the clip, an officer pinned the man down. After a few seconds, the man escaped and retreated to the door of the house. The traffic police continued to approach and asked the man to sit down.

"I told you to sit down, sit down... Who gave you permission to snatch the police's belongings?" an officer asked and asked the man to comply. Meanwhile, the man folded his arms and said: "Yes,... I just held it and looked at it, I didn't do anything."
Through verification, the incident occurred in front of house number 194 Nguyen Thi Thap, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The two officers above belong to the Traffic Police - Order Team of District 7 Police. People who witnessed the incident used their phones to record and post it on social media.
Some locals said the incident happened at around 4pm on February 9. At that time, the man drove his car onto Nguyen Thi Thap Street at an irregular time and was ticketed by the traffic police. During the process, the man snatched the ticket from the traffic police and the incident occurred.
A police officer from District 7 said that the two traffic police officers in the clip belong to the Traffic Police - Order Team of District 7 Police. The district police have received information about the incident and are verifying and clarifying it.
