An intentional injury incident occurred in Muc village, Thai Nien commune, Bao Thang district, resulting in 1 person being seriously injured and having to be taken to the provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment, and 2 others being slightly injured.
At about 7:10 p.m. on April 27, at the house of Mr. Tran Van Hien, born in 1979 in Muc village, Thai Nien commune, there were 5 people from other places (3 men, 2 women) including: Luu Gia Linh, born in 2004; Luu Gia N., born in 2009, all permanent residents of Van Hoa commune, Lao Cai city; Bui Cong Thanh, born in 1997; Bui Quoc Trung, born in 2000, all permanent residents of Tien Loi village, Xuan Giao commune (Bao Thang); Nguyen Quyet Thang, born in 2000, permanent resident of Phu Thinh 3 village, Pho Lu town (Bao Thang).
Initial information from verification by Thai Nien Commune Police, the above subjects came to Tran Van Hien's house to collect debt from Hien's son, Tran Van Them, then a conflict arose between Bui Quoc Trung and Dinh Thi Lien, Tran Van Hien's wife. Seeing that, Tran Van Quynh, born in 2004 - Tran Van Hien's son, took a knife and slashed, causing injuries. As a result, Bui Cong Thanh suffered minor injuries on his left arm, Nguyen Quyet Thang suffered minor injuries on his left shoulder, Bui Quoc Trung was stabbed in the left abdomen, and was taken to the Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment.
Upon receiving the report, Thai Nien Commune Police promptly arrived, protected the scene, detained Tran Van Quynh and the evidence, and reported to the District Police to investigate and clarify the incident.
