Phu Loc mountainous commune promotes digital transformation

Accordingly, 100% of commune-level administrative procedures are received and processed on the province's centralized electronic one-stop system; all procedures and documents are digitally signed and sent entirely online.

The commune selected 5 hamlets to implement the smart hamlet model with nearly 90.3% of the population using smartphones; established 6 community digital technology teams; had a camera system to monitor security and order combined with traffic monitoring at key points, traffic "black spots" and social order.

The commune has equipped an online conference camera system; developed a plan and organized propaganda, deployed applications, electricity payment services, cashless payments, and mobile money to people in the commune.
