Chi Minh Commune (Trang Dinh) receives Certificate of recognition for meeting new rural standards - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- On the morning of April 22, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chi Minh commune, Trang Dinh district solemnly held a ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting new rural standards (NTM) in 2024.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of leaders of some provincial departments, Trang Dinh district and the Party Committee, government and people of Chi Minh commune.

In order to effectively implement the national target program on new rural construction, in recent years, the Party Committee and authorities from the province to the grassroots level have led and directed the synchronous and drastic implementation of new rural construction solutions in Chi Minh commune. At the same time, relevant agencies and units from the province to the grassroots level have actively supported the implementation of the program and businesses and people have actively joined hands to build new rural areas, so by the end of 2024, Chi Minh commune has completed 19/19 criteria.

Up to now, the rural appearance of the commune has changed; the material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved. Specifically, the headquarters, the commune cultural house, schools and basic traffic works have been completed. Of which, 100% of the road length from the district to the commune center, 90% of the village and inter-village roads, 85% of the alley roads have been hardened; the rate of households using the national grid electricity has reached 100%; the average income per capita has reached 45.12 million VND/person/year...

Authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment awarded the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting the NTM standards in 2024 to the Party Committee, government and people of Chi Minh commune.

It is known that in the process of implementing the new rural construction program, the commune has used a total investment resource of nearly 49.5 billion VND, of which the capital from the state budget is nearly 45 billion VND; capital mobilized from enterprises, people and other capital sources is nearly 4.7 billion VND. People voluntarily donated over 4,500 m2 of land and nearly 3,000 working days to build rural roads and other works in the area.

Leaders of Trang Dinh District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement to build new rural areas in Chi Minh commune.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment awarded the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting the NTM standards in 2024 to the Party Committee, government and people of Chi Minh commune.
