The registration, evaluation and proposal for recognition as “Cultural Family” are carried out publicly and according to standards. Every year, 100% of households in the commune register for the title of “Cultural Family”; through the year-end evaluation, over 95% of households achieve the title of “Cultural Family” and over 85% of households achieve “Cultural Family” for 3 consecutive years; 100% of cultural hamlets…

The completion of cultural institutions in the commune, the socialization of cultural and sports activities are supported by organizations and individuals, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh An Commune Huynh Thi My Ha said that with the motto "The State and the people work together", the commune has promoted propaganda, mobilization, and raised people's awareness in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle, associated with building a new rural area. In particular, linking the criteria for building a new rural area with the evaluation of emulation and consideration of cultural titles is one of the bases for the criteria for the new rural area to be implemented in a practical, effective, and sustainable manner.
