According to VGC , Activision has delayed the launch of Warzone Mobile to 2024. Previously, the game was expected to release in 2023 for iOS and Android devices, but according to the current plan, the game will launch in spring next year.
Officially revealed in September last year, Call of Duty Warzone: Mobile is being co-developed by Activision's Shanghai, Beenox, Digital Legends, and Solid State studios. The game then went into limited beta testing in Australia in November, before being rolled out to other countries like Chile, Norway, and Sweden later this year. According to Activision, 45 million players have pre-registered for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile .

The publisher announced on October 5 that in addition to the Verdansk map, the Rebirth Island map will also be coming to mobile devices when the game launches worldwide. In addition to the popular 120-player battle royale mode, Warzone Mobile will offer multiplayer modes like Domination and Team Deathmatch, which are designed to give players an additional way to upgrade their weapons.
