Besides participating in the program "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai", (S) TRONG Trong Hieu also released music products in collaboration with many international artists.

(S) TRONG Trong Hieu shared that the song "Rise up underdog" was composed by the male singer based on his own story - the journey from a weak, self-conscious "Underdog" boy to a brave, successful artist who dares to pursue his dreams.

The opening of the MV “Rise up underdog” is the image of the little boy Trong Hieu who only knew how to hide in the dark and the young man Trong (the name everyone calls Trong Hieu when in Germany) as an adult struggling to escape the prejudices of society.

As an Asian born and raised in Germany, then returning to Vietnam to work as an independent artist - (S) TRONG Trong Hieu must have experienced the feeling of "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not enough" many times in both worlds.

(S) TRONG Trong Hieu was born and raised in Germany but chose to return to Vietnam to develop his career.

The MV continues to open with fantasy scenes, images of thorny warriors, trying to escape from narrow frameworks. The grand investment in images, cinematic style and metaphorical imagery of “Rise up underdog” makes it easy for the audience to feel themselves in it.

After 9 years of artistic activities, (S) TRONG Trong Hieu has not only become one of the famous performing artists in Vietnam, but also reached out to the world as the first Asian in history to participate and win 3rd prize in the final round of the largest music competition in Europe - Eurovision Song Contest Germany 2023.
