On November 22, speaking with VietNamNet , Mr. Nguyen Van An, Head of the Finance and Planning Department of Chu Prong District (Gia Lai) confirmed that he had coordinated with relevant units to resolve the salary and salary allowance regime for November 2024 for cadres, teachers, and employees of Le Van Tam Secondary School (Ia Pior Commune, Chu Prong District).

According to Mr. An, after VietNamNet Newspaper published an article reflecting "Principal left office for many days, many teachers' salaries were delayed" - the functional units have stepped in to consider and handle issues related to teachers' rights.

"Resolving the salary and salary allowance regime for November 2024 right on the occasion of the Vietnamese Teachers' Day is a much-needed encouragement for teachers in border areas to feel secure in their work," said Mr. An.

Mr. Le Van Ban, Vice Principal of Le Van Tam Secondary School confirmed that on the afternoon of November 20, after being instructed by the internal affairs department and the finance department to complete the salary signing procedures and then transfer them to the district treasury for approval, at around 9:00 a.m. on November 21, all staff, teachers, and employees of the school received their November salaries.

The principal left his post for many days, many teachers' salaries were delayed . Although the temporary suspension period had ended, the principal of Le Van Tam Secondary School (Chu Prong, Gia Lai) still did not come to work at school, causing the teachers' salaries and benefits to not be resolved.
