Groom beats dump truck driver: Case transferred to police

On the morning of July 16, Tan An Ward Police (Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak) transferred the case file to the city police to investigate the case of a groom beating a dump truck driver.

Previously, Tan An Ward Police summoned the groom to the headquarters to work and take initial statements about the incident.

Buon Ma Thuot City Police have reconstructed the scene and determined the fault in the traffic collision between the dump truck and the wedding car that led to the groom beating the dump truck driver. After determining which side is at fault, the authorities will continue to handle the next steps.

The dump truck driver is being treated and has initially worked with the police.

Earlier on the morning of July 13, in Tan An ward (Buon Ma Thuot city), a collision occurred between a dump truck carrying construction materials and a wedding car. After that, the groom rushed in and beat the dump truck driver in the middle of the street.

The dump truck driver was later hospitalized for treatment of his injuries, while the groom was summoned by the police after the wedding.
