The play "The Great Star" touches the dark corner of showbiz

Compared to previous plays revolving around entertainment and jokes, this time producer Huynh Anh Tuan invested in a play that directly focused on the pain points of the backstage of showbiz, specifically the battle for roles in films. The audience laughed and bitterly recognized the dark corners when actors were chosen based on sponsorship money or relationships rather than their own talent. The positive message that the play brought was the character Mia - a girl who specializes in stunts and is passionate about making films, living with films intensely.

To have a thorny story and a lot of information behind the scenes, we must acknowledge the appearance of the young trio of authors: Nguyen Duy Xang - Nguyen Hieu Nghia - Do Long Duy. They themselves have been attached to the film set and gradually peeled away the cover so that the audience can see the dark side behind the halo.

"The Great Star" features the following actors: Meritorious Artist Tu Suong, Khuong Ngoc, Hai Trieu, Long Chun, Le Nghia, Huynh Thi, Tuan Tu and a number of young actors. According to producer Huynh Anh Tuan, this play may be selected to participate in the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Festival taking place next November.
