At the Conference, the leaders of Department 2 of the Supreme People's Procuracy reported on the preliminary summary of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Supreme People's Procuracy and VNPT Group on digital transformation in the fourth quarter of 2023. Accordingly, after 3 months of implementing the Cooperation Agreement between the Supreme People's Procuracy and VNPT Group on digital transformation, important and positive results have been achieved. The leaders of the People's Procuracy sector always pay attention to and direct the promotion of the application of information technology (IT), innovation, research, grasp, improve access capacity and be proactive in digital transformation by issuing documents as a legal basis to implement the assigned tasks. The Supreme People's Procuracy has focused on investing in IT infrastructure to serve the IT applications of the entire industry at all 4 levels in many stages. Up to now, it has been basically equipped with items to deploy IT applications of the Industry such as: The Supreme People's Procuracy Data Center includes: 31 physical servers, 94 virtual machines, which is the place to operate applications and shared digital platforms of the industry; equipped with 2 high-speed data transmission channels to serve access to shared applications of the People's Procuracy, Online Conference and 1 dedicated channel of the TSLCD Network of Party and State agencies; deploying information security solutions for level 3 information systems. Currently, the People's Procuracy has deployed 16 shared software and applications, of which some applications are used effectively such as: Executive Document Management software serving the daily sending and receiving of electronic documents throughout the People's Procuracy sector with nearly 100% of civil servants having created accounts and storing millions of documents; email software with over 80% of the People's Procuracy sector's staff having created accounts, on average the system sends/receives nearly 1,000 emails per day.

The online video conferencing software was set up in 2015 to more than 800 points, connecting the entire industry from the Supreme People's Procuracy to the district-level People's Procuracy; the statistical software was put into use from the end of 2019 and connected to 100% of the provincial and district-level People's Procuracies, serving the synthesis and collection of data for 33 statistical forms, 10 appendices reporting on the practice of prosecution rights, supervising judicial activities and statistics on violations of the law in judicial activities. The entire People's Procuracy sector has 110 IT specialists at the provincial level and above (the district-level People's Procuracy does not have IT specialists). At the Supreme People's Procuracy, the IT unit is Department 2 with 8 officers responsible for advising and organizing the implementation of digital transformation in the entire industry, as well as technical work, equipment repair, document appraisal, and the development and implementation of programs and plans on digital transformation. The specific results of the agreement implementation are as follows: Department 2 and specialized units of VNPT have established 5 working groups for each field and expertise, which specifically state the work content; tasks, roles and responsibilities of the Team Leader and members; implementation progress; working methods (combining direct and online), reporting methods (reporting progress on tasks every Friday) to deploy and concretize the contents and tasks in a scientific, timely and effective manner. Identifying digital transformation as a breakthrough, a task of the entire political system of the People's Procuracy sector; The issuance of the 2024 Digital Transformation Plan for the People's Procuracy sector is very necessary to concretize the policies and guidelines on digital transformation into specific goals, tasks and solutions. In a short time, with the coordination and participation of 8 officers of Department 2 and 8 officers of VNPT, the Working Group worked urgently and seriously, assigning content preparation according to each field of work. On December 15, 2023, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy signed Plan No. 221 on digital transformation of the People's Procuracy sector in 2024. Accordingly, digital transformation is the task of the entire political system of the People's Procuracy sector. This is not mainly a problem of technology but mainly a problem of awareness and institutions, depending on the determination and approach of the leader. Identifying 2024 as a breakthrough year, moving towards completing the goals in the IT Development Plan of the People's Procuracy sector to 2025, with a vision to 2030, the Plan clearly states the general goals and 22 specific goals; 07 tasks and solutions for implementation. At the preliminary conference, Mr. Ngo Dien Hy, Deputy General Director of VNPT Group, said that the signing of the Cooperation Agreement for the period 2023-2027 between the Supreme People's Procuracy and VNPT Group in October 2023 is one of the important events for VNPT Group. VNPT Group is extremely honored and proud to accompany the Procuracy sector in the digital transformation process.

VNPT Group will focus on the best conditions to implement all the contents of the cooperation agreement between the two sides in the most complete, substantial and effective manner. VNPT hopes and believes that with the attention, leadership and direction of the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the active coordination of relevant units, the TTHT of the two sides will be successfully implemented. Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, thanked VNPT Group for the cooperation and companionship with the Procuracy sector in the past time. Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien, Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, also highly appreciated the efforts and determination of the Supreme People's Procuracy Department 2 and VNPT Group, which immediately started the implementation and achieved important and positive results. The Supreme People's Procuracy leadership will create the best conditions for the agreement between the two units on digital transformation to achieve high results. During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties, the two units must immediately report to resolve and remove them in a timely manner.
