On the afternoon of November 1, 2024 in Hanoi, Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) and Vietnam Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company (VNPAY) officially launched the Open Smartbank (OSB) Solution. Accordingly, Agribank developed the Plus Account service - a new breakthrough in personalizing and optimizing customer experience.

Open Smart Bank is an expanded digital banking solution that allows Agribank to not only provide traditional financial services but also create a smarter, more diverse and flexible transaction environment for customers. This solution uses advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and Big data to optimize transaction processes, automate tasks and enhance security. The launch of the OSB solution this time continues to mark Agribank's efforts in accelerating the digital transformation of banking operations, while affirming the reliable and sustainable cooperation between Agribank and VNPAY since 2007.
